This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit volgenx.com or contact us through it. It does not cover the VolgenX platform itself; customers receive separate data processing terms.

What we collect and why

Please do not send us confidential shipment details through the form. We will ask for what we need during the conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and related correspondence for up to [12] months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case our contract terms apply. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, as set out in its own terms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and reply to you, under a data processing agreement:
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
If you submit the demo form, your browser briefly stores your first name in session storage so the thank-you page can greet you. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.
If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@volgenx.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people at VolgenX who need it.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
